We had a great stay here! The location was very convenient with a tram stop nearby. The hotel facilities were functional and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer care services. We felt safe and secure during our stay.

The apartment's location is very convenient as it is close to the tram making it easy to get around. The beds are large, soft and comfortable, and the apartments are modern and well-stocked. The facilities such as the kitchenware and Wi-Fi are great. Check-in staff are friendly, professional, and helpful.
The communication with the staff could be improved as it was lax, and some guests did not receive information such as the internet access.

The apartment had good Wi-Fi and a smart TV which made for some great downtime entertainment. The location was excellent and conveniently situated within a walking distance to some cafes, restaurants, and shops. The staff members were helpful and accommodating when we needed extra towels. It was such a relief to be on our business trip and have adequate facilities to use.
The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par. The vacuum cleaner needed a much-needed update as it was incredibly noisy and barely sucked up any dirt.

We also appreciated the comfortable beds and fast Wi-Fi provided.
The communication with the property managers was lacking, and we received little information about the amenities or garbage disposal. the couch was uncomfortable, and the air-conditioning was not functioning correctly, making it challenging to sleep on hot nights.
